March Report- City West Rep

The month of March was eventful and full of several activities as always directed towards achieving the objectives for the board.  I am also excited as this would be the first month when me and Ryan (the City West reps) would meet and talk to all of you directly about any concerns you have. The date is fixed now for the first ‘Student Catch-up’ and it is on March 30, 2017 from 1:00-2:00 PM at the student lounge. March Student Report – Whyalla

  • I’m not too sure whether everyone is feeling the way I am about studies, however keep forcing yourself to get through day by day, week by week, everyday write a schedule for the day, making room for study, fitness and TV 😊. Keep pushing yourself, no one is going to do it for you, you’ll get the rewards. 41 people have paid and signed up for our biggest event in years, the USASA Pac Crawl being held on the 7th April 2017 (last day before the semester break). The original idea for the crawl started at metro campuses however after a couple of enquiries Whyalla turned possibility into opportunity. For those participating, make sure you send the kids away and keep the following day free to recover. T-Shirts have been ordered and will be available on Wednesday 5th April and Thursday 6th

I attended with the Student President regarding my KPI’s. I attended the O-Week day at City East and was present at USASA stall from early morning to till afternoon. I had to opportunity of chatting to lots of students and i informed them about the role of USASA and their reps. I also attended the academic council meeting which was a great experience. Currently i am in the process of getting the first meeting for the Finance and Club Committees underway.
