It has been a big month at Uni SA and for me personally. Unijam was a huge success and I was delighted to be able to contribute to the conversation, as well as read so many of the amazing ideas that students, staff and other contributors had to offer. I just wish I had the time to read through all of great suggestions and thoughts that were offered up.
This month I also met with a student in regards to academic integrity issues, a difficult task but an important one. I would like to remind all students that while the USASA reps are always there to help, the advocacy services that USASA provides are invaluable and their expertise will always be a huge help if you ever find yourself in difficulties such as academic integrity issues. I was more than happy to meet with the student but ultimately glad that he took my advice to seek out the knowledge and compassion of the advocacy team. If you ever need extra support though, I and the other reps are always there for you.
Hope all students are getting all their end of semester work done without too many headaches, and are gearing up for exams. Looking forward to seeing some of you at the Examin+Aid stations before you head in.
